Why: Sometimes I need a person, a place where I can go and get encouraged. A safe place where I am pushed and pulled at the same time. A place where accountability is both expected and needed without judgement.  A place where better is your desire and determination is your drive.  Lady Bishop is on an assignment to coach individuals that are grouped together in a common place.

This unique group engages in a level of transparency that invites attendees to do ongoing self-assessments while creating measurable plans of actions. My goal is to share coaching strategies that will make executing not something you just talk about, but actions you complete.
